Review: Frank Einstein and the Antimatter Motor by Jon Scieszka, Brian Biggs (Illustrations)

Frank Einstein and the Antimatter MotorFrank Einstein and the Antimatter Motor by Jon Scieszka
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

In the Einstein family (not that Einstein, another equally smart one) love for science and experimenting is passed down from grandpa to grandson. Frank is brilliant so his recent brilliant idea is to create something so cool and revolutionary, it will help him win the science prize and save his grandpa's home.

Unfortunately not everything goes as planned. Of course.

This book makes science so super fun. It has diagrams and fun illustrations as if the whole book is Frank's mad scientist journal. It reads easy, and has a fun rhythm which makes it a perfect candidate for read-out-loud.

Despite the fact that things don't go as planned, I love that Frank still has his grandpa who loves him and a forever best friend who will always support his ambitious creations.

I love the characters in the book but my favorite is Klank and his urge to hug all the time. And the silly jokes of course.

I'm excited to read more books from this series in the future.
