Review: Loki's Wolves by K.L. Armstrong, M.A. Marr

Loki's Wolves (The Blackwell Pages, #1)Loki's Wolves by K.L. Armstrong
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

In this retelling of Norse Mythology, three kids set out to save the world and learn about who they truly are.

For someone who knows little to nothing about these myths I was educated while being thoroughly entertained.

The story started with action and from page one it was a succession of danger, clues to solve, and epic fight scenes. The writing was seamless, making it nearly impossible for me to tell it was written by two authors. The characters inner struggles were an excellent match to their outer struggles in their race to prevent Ragnarok.

Despite the occasional plot hole, I really enjoyed the story and planned to read the other two books in the future.

If for any reason you find yourself in a reading slump and in need of a fun and past paced book to read I recommend this one.
